First of all, I know for a fact that there are reviews out there that are written by people associated with the product or get paid for writting. Remember, this is a huge business. I am not an expert on sound systems. I just love to listen to music.

"Bose Did A Great Job With The SoundDock"
I just got this today and the sound is very nice. It doesn't distort at high volumes either. I got the black version to match my ipod and it looks great. The only thing that i don't like is that it struggles with the really low bass like in rap songs
PROS: Crisp clear sound, looks great, $80 cheaper than ipod hifi

"Very Impressed!"
This is a great product. The only draw back is the credit card style remote. It is very easy to mis-place and it has limited control of the iPod. I would have likes to see more functions on the remote. Other than that, I feel it is a great product...

What can you expect? It's a Bose!
There's nothing that I can say more about this product. My Bose Sound Dock is awesome! It delivers a very crisp sound. It was worth every penny!

this thing is just like all of the bose products. it sounds bad theres alot of distortion when your turn it up. there is alot of bass but it is of poor quality.

I find it hard to beat Bose. This simple, sleek-designed sound dock is all you need for a home sound system. Full, rich, layered sound for all music styles. Fills my house with sound without even a hint of distortion/lack of clarity. great value

"Great sound from a compact, extremely well built unit."
The SoundDock is fantastic at what it does - it is a small speaker system which provides great sound - loud and undistorted. It's not a hi-fi replacement - but it doesn't pretend to be.
PROS: Sound, size, looks, build quality
CONS: Cost, more functionality from remote would be good.
