The product is very sturdy, and well built, and performs exactly as I had hoped, allowing me to invert up to 180 degrees. The assembly directions should be clearer, as it was difficult to understand some steps.

Defy gravity with an inversion table!
This thing is wonderful from the moment you mount it and ease back to level and then to a slight downward incline. It balances your weight so you feel a sense of weightlessness. I felt the pressure on my groin ease up as I tilted back a little....
