I'm glad I bought this I sit at a desk all day. I have been sedentary too long. The time has come to become athletic again. The chair lets you stretch out on an arch in a way that a swiss ball or pillow just can't. Watch TV, then lean back... read full review | report as inappropriate

Not for short legged people! (5'4" and under) This was not designed with any adjustments and I found that the seat was too deep for my back to reach the back support and it pressed uncomfortably on the backs of my knees.
