I'm glad I bought this

I sit at a desk all day. I have been sedentary too long. The time has come to become athletic again.

The chair lets you stretch out on an arch in a way that a swiss ball or pillow just can't.

Watch TV, then lean back...

Not for short legged people! (5'4" and under)

This was not designed with any adjustments and I found that the seat was too deep for my back to reach the back support and it pressed uncomfortably on the backs of my knees. Also, there was no length adjustment to the ankle bar so it locked over...
