"May play music but can't keep correct time"
If you really want to spend the money on speakers for your ipod that you can make up to and use to recharge your ipod then this is for you. The clock does not keep accurate time and slows by about a minute every few weeks, which adds up over time. Pe

"Great if you don't use the light"
I chose to set the light on dim so I could see the time...6 months later, it burned out and I was told I had to ship it to them for replacement and pay return shipping as well. That's crap.
PROS: good sound, clean appearance
CONS: light bulb burns out in 6 months

"A bit expensive but does what I expected from iPod alarm clock"
I don't listen to FM so this works out pretty well. Dock the iPod, let it charge overnight and it wakes you up in the morning using the last playlist you were listening. It can also be awakened by the iPod itself. If you leave the alarm on the iHome
PROS: great iPod integration, good sound

"Decent, but lacking in some areas"
I bought my ihome the day it came out for 100 dollars and was loving it up until my speakers started crackling. I don't know if I put the volume up too loud and blew a speaker or what, but it just doesn't sound very good anymore. I think this is a go
PROS: Nice design, remote control, backlit buttons, line in, charges ipod
CONS: backlit is too bright on lowest setting, sound quality isn't that great

"Great Sound"
I purchased the system three days ago. I use it all the time. The sound is great and the system can be connected to external audio sources, like a cable box. This provides a good way to get stereo sound from the cable box without using a standard

"Can you use with ipod video"
The AM reception is really bad. The FM reception is slightly better. Since I bought it mostly for the speakers the cons do not affect my use much. But what I really want to know is if any one has used it with a video ipod.
PROS: Decent ipod speaker system.
CONS: very poor radio

"Not worth the money sold for, buy Teac insted"
Bought this for around 100 and was surprised there's no remote (!) for a player that's around 50 or more I thought that's a must, especially for one docking with iPod, but they beg to differ I guess. External power supply is huge, could be built in,
