Beware!
I've returned two of these bags. Both came in boxes that were previously opened (the original Everlast tape was cut open and retaped with clear packing tape.) The bags were not packed consistantly. Most importantly, what feels like sandbags...

Tough bag, for tough workouts.
I too recieved this bag in a box semi-beaten up, but then again an 80 pound item in a lightweight cardboard box is bound to cause a little box damage. And no there was no interior protective bag, and my chain pack was tied with pink ribbon.
