Our conference room is approximately 12x12. When we got the base unit and tried it out, people on the other end of the line commented that they could not hear people 5 feet away from the base unit. Hence, we went ahead and bought the extensions to put at the ends of the table. No more...

Conference Phone
The Conference Phone works great. My boss was impressed with the sound quality and I liked the display. Everything came properly packed. Delivery was quick. I highly recommend it.

Tried the less expensive d-link conference room phone and it just didn't cut - the polycom is MUCH better.

Works as expected
Bought these to go with our Soundstation 2. They work great. We've had a number of Polycom products over the years. They're pricey, but they always do the job.
