Poor sound quality, uncomfortable, connection problems with plug

Wasn't at all happy with this. Earpiece was uncomfortable, the sound quality was poor, and the sound level was too low. I also had to keep fiddling with the plug, pulling and pushing, in order to get rid of tons of static noise.

I purchased this item to use with the Motorola i670 phone and it works well, but I had read an information sheet that said it would work with the push-to-talk feature. It does not. You still have to use all of the controls on the phone...

Not up to Plantronics quality

I was surprised that this product only worked for the first two weeks and now people have a hard time hearing me on this headset.Will check into my warranty.
