Even though the convenience of the Netflix streaming video is a great feature, this DVD bluray player needs a new firmware update badly. Also various glitches add up to make this player very annoying to use. There are several glitches...

Given Samsung's extremely limited warranty (90 days labor) and the presence of a few annoying glitches such as freezing, I would recommend buying an extended warranty with this product or waiting for the next generation blue-ray player...
