"Good drive for the cash."

Simply put, this is a great drive for the cash I spent, works good for most of what I'm using it for. However, Vista will not let me re size the drive at all. I'd recommend it to anyone that needs a basic drive for storage and backup purposes.

Great drive for backups. If you are backing up your videos and have file copy errors, try reformatting to NTFS. Of course, you lose the benefits of FAT32 per a previous review that says is great for gaming. But if you're not using for that purpose

Quite possibly it is pre-formated to FAT32 so your PS3 will recognize it, without your having to search for a program to format it to FAT32 (Been there, done that)
