PROS: This drive was fantastic while it lasted. For A USB drive transfers felt pretty fast, it seemed safe, and the drive interfaced well with XP
CONS: The drive has minimal 64 bit support, and I have had 2 hardware failures. The first time the drive would not format and I had to RMA it. The second time it was plagued with power failures and seagate stopped responding.

CONS: Moved to my HP Touchsmart PC / Windows Vista and reformatted for NTFS... Works, but the white button-light blinks forever and ever. According to Maxtor board, blinking light is a common issue and is sometimes accompanied by other problems.
