"died after 2 weeks lost all my data"
I will NEVER buy another maxtor/seagate product as long as I live. Lost ALL of my data after 2 weeks. Spoke with cust service who told me I could exchange the drive at the place of purchase or pay for them to try to retrieve my data. Pure trash.
