another fast delivery, 2nd set of door handlesets ordered. Only dissapointment is hat I asked in the quote to have them keyed the same as 1st set I bought and they were not. |

When there was an issue with my order, I was contacted by a really nice gentlemen to get the issue corrected and to let me know there would be a delay. I appreciated his help. I didn't mind a bit that the order arrived late because he was so helpful. |
