"Poor Customer Service"

Don't buy Magellan
This GPS worked for 6 months or so. Then lost all maps. Had to send to company in October. Their "computers are always down." In January, still no GPS. These are no longer available because there are so many problems" The company seems to have

"WASTE OF MONEY- USE A MAP"
Mag support is terrible. Map update doesn't work. Support is India and they promise and don't deliver. Don't waste your money and buy something with online continuous map updates.
