Don't waist your money.
After only six or seven hours of working with it, I now have a usable product. The Mapsend software packaged with the Explorist 400 was out of date. An update had been released. However, I was not entitled to it according to the customer...

Great for price
So far so good with this unit. I dropped it from a moving motorcycle into the dirt. After backtracking a mile to find it, it still works great. Has everything I need at a very good price.

The maps are small and hard to read. the unit is anything but intuitive. difficult to use.

This is a excellent product!!!!!!!!
It serves my brother in travling out of the country and being able to communicate all the way to 4-wheeling with his friends. It is the best gift he said he'd ever recieved!!!!!
