Guitar Center Reviews

The Guitar Center story began in 1959 when Wayne Mitchell purchased a small appliance and home organ store in Hollywood, California. By 1961, he'd changed the name of the company to The Organ Center. In 1964, Joe Banaran, President of the Thomas Organ Company, approached Wayne in search of an outlet to sell a new line of guitars and amplifiers, called Vox.

The product is good. The shipping is less than acceptable. UPS did not come to my door in my complex to attempt delivery. They just leave it with my office without notice. |

Just as an Idea because instuments are expensive and I know you guys have sales and what not but It would be cool to have a point system where one purchases stuff and get points towards discounts or free stuff. They would prolly Increase there sales. |

I special ordered a set of headphones from my local Guitar Center, but four day later I noticed that my order was still only approved. I called customer service, they were very nice and said that the problem was their fault and they would fix it... |
