Guitar Hanger (Standard)
The String Swing S1 Home and Studio hanger has become the standard for hanging your instrument securely and conveniently. You say you'd like to practice more but digging your guitar out of the closet just turns you off. Hang it where you can get at it quick. You can adjust the width of the yoke to fit your guitar or mandolin. Rubber tubing insures that your instrument won't get scratched. more

Does the trick
My husband has 3 guitars so we purchased these to hang them in our home office. They are quite sturdy and stable and hang the guitars without any fear of them falling off.

Looks nice and sturdy. A space saver.
I bought this one as a way to save space in my overstuffed room. It looks really good, almost like an ornament. It sturdy and good quality. 5 stars.

For the not-so-hardcore among us too!
My husband got Guitar Hero for Christmas and on a whim added one of these hangers to his wish list. One of our friends got it for us, almost as a joke-- but then we mounted it and realized how handy it was! It works wonderfully for our little plastic guitar, saves it from getting scratched up...

Plastic drywall mount breaks before fully inserted
I'm going to take a chance using only the screws to install this, as the drywall mount ripped in half as I screwed it into the wall, per the instructions. I'll be moving the entire hanger up slightly to cover up the inch-wide hole in my wall, complete with half a mount stuck inside. :)

Strong and Reliable
It's been 2 1/2 years since I hung this on the wall. It's very sturdy and securely holds my acoustic and I bought another for my heavy Strat. Make sure you use the foam rings for then end of the fingers, they prevent slippage. Mount to a beam with the included 2" screws for the best strength.

Good for Guitars, but not Banjos.
Works beautifully with my guitar- nice and sturdy, keeps it away from the wall, etc. However, it doesn't work that well with my banjo. I guess the head is too narrow and the weight rests on the tuners. It's a bit unnerving. I guess I should have bought one specifically for it....Anyway, it's a...

Does the job, but use a base support to protect the neck
Wall hangers are good space-saving ideas, but I'm one of those who thinks they can stress necks, depending on the body/neck weight distribution and balance. I made my own hanging bases - just a carved slab of wood, really - to support the instrument from the bottom. The top hanger now just serves...

It works, yes they are different colors if you buy more than one. I don't really care though.

Very Sturdy and HANDY!
Great product for keeping the "axe" handy. whether I'm writing or practicing a new piece it keeps my Martin Guitar from getting knocked over or from sliding from the spot that I left it resting.
