Sharp, but fragile
Very sharp grater. Much quicker and cleaner cuts than a traditional box grater. However, the plastic housing cracks relatively quickly where it is attached to the metal cutting surfaces. I have a lot of visible cracking at this point, but no functional problems after about 2 years of use.

Best one out there...but...
This is the sharpest grater out there, and it maintains that sharpness. The only downfall to this product is the plastic. This is actually my second one....despite the fact that it says "dishwasher safe," the plastic eventually becomes brittle and crumbles apart. I gave this wonderful product...

Grater that works well (however looks fragile)
As new, works as advertised---meaning the sharpness does a great job of shredding1 However, I am concerned about the plastic frame that may break if handled too roughly or cleaned too many times in the dishwasher(will handwash this item).
