"Good package, poor documentation"

Once you learn their seemingly strange way of doing things in their software, it should be a worthwhile purchase. The package isn't easy to pick up and use out of the box. Manual is not well written and all the techies seem to struggle with the con

PROS: Visual effects are fantastic.

CONS: Not easy to use. This software will do many things that Autosketch would not but the steps are not very intuitive. Reaching customer service/tech support to correct a problem with an activation code was difficult. Seems to be common problem.
