PROS: The versatility of Adobe products is amazing with an endless list of possibilities for creative minds. There is virtually no limit to what one can create using the Adobe product line. Just don't hope for customer support of ANY kind from Adobe.
CONS: Customer service is so bad I am considering switching to Corel or some other similar software product. Like most meg-corporations nowadays, Adobe has farmed out their so-called "customer service" to the Philippines or India.

PROS: None. That's right, none!

I guess if you can get Painter X to work when installed it is a good product. If you can't (Vista, 8 Gig memory, 2T disk, Cintiq21), you have to pay for support by the call (for education version which is same base program w/o some of the bells...
