PROS: I drive a paper route, and TomTom showed me things I didn't know (and things I knew, but didn't think TomTom would know) about a route I've been driving for a year!
CONS: First nite out, I played with TomTom so much that my route took about 30 minutes longer than it should have... opps!

PROS: Great navigation for a semi low price
CONS: Well if the unit breaks after 2 years you have to go buy a new one the company will not back there product in anyway after 2 years

PROS: I like having my speed, time to arrival, etc. bar on the screen where it can be seen at a glance. And the fact you can place it at the bottom of the screen or on the right hand side. Finds satellite quickly.
CONS: Having to enter names/info manually. If I looked for a grocery store, I only got a couple. If any. Same with restaurants, pharmacies, things-to-do, etc. Extremely annoying to me. Not very intuitive. Don't return emails. Service is non-existant

PROS: Loved my TomTom GO 930, even though it wouldn't work with my verizon cell phone. Verizon's fault.
CONS: I called to have my battery replaced after a little more than a year and was told they don't support it. No service. No batteries. No advice. This is the strangest company support I have ever heard of. Obviously I will never buy from them again.

PROS: Have had this unit for about 3 weeks now and just took a trip to Oregon. The unit worked extremely well and the directions we very accurate. I also bought a Garmin Nuvi 265W and in my opinion the Tom Tom blew the Garmin away
