Great product for the price
Great GPS for the price. Very nice screen, the voices are easy to understand, and the mount it come with is very nice. The volume does not go loud enough though - even at full volume, it is still too quiet.

Great product, ok support
Love my GPS. But I have an iMac and cannot upgrade the product. The CD rom is only for Windows. I can read the product manual on the CD but not anything else. I have written to Sony but have not received a reply. The Sony website is hard to navigate and even more difficult to find the information...

WORST customer experience EVER
Bought the unit on Feb 13. It had firmware v2.0 in it. As we all know the unit is practically unusable with that version. The website doesn't allow you to download update to their latest version (3.02) from versions 2.0 or lower. You have to have the version 3.00 to be able to do so. If you don't...
