This GPS turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The unit is extremely accurate and responds immediately to position changes. Would recommend it highly to anyone, especially hikers.

I have used an earlier version of this GPS for 3 years. Since it is my first GPS, I learned a lot and got great use from it. I only used it on roads but I can see how useful it would be on trails or in the woods. The two complaints I had were the sma
