Never Mind Aerobics Here's Punk Rope is the first punk rock workout DVD in history. It is based on the Punk Rope fitness class created by New York City personal trainer, Tim Haft. Punk Rope is the nation's most popular alternative workout.

Never Mind Aerobics is 50 minutes of sweat-drenched fun divided into 16 chapters. The DVD kicks off with a basic but comprehensive rope jumping lesson and concludes with a relaxing cooldown. In between are several playful, yet heart-pumping, drills and lots of high-energy rope jumping intervals.

The soundtrack consists of 17 scorching tracks by Stiff Little Fingers, The Koffin Kats, The Queers, The Bouncing Souls, The Fleshtones, Electric Eel Shock, The Peacocks, The Ducky Boys, Gito Gito Hustler, The 20 Belows, The Kung Fu Monkeys, and Sport Doen. A music CD is included with the DVD.
