Great!

Excellent book with beautiful images... one of the better EM books I have seen. I loved the case based approach. A must have for any EM doc. If I am not mistaken, the other reviews are for a different text... the older radiology textbook.

I am a PA in the ED and of what I have read so far I have found this book to be very helpful and well constructed. It is an easy read and overal worth the money. It is probably best suited for someone who has some experience with x-rays...
