Better than Emmanuels, but could still use a better index
If you're trying to decide between Emmanuel's outline and the Gilbert one, I suggest always going with Gilbert's. The Gilbert lecture on cassette/CD is good, too.

Buy Early, Study Late
This book is not just a study guide for last minute cramming. I recommend you buy it early in the semester and use it as a companion for the entire course (coming from someone who bought it in November and is kicking himself). Reading this book...
