Not so smooth book!
I bought this, thinking that wonderful photos would entice me. The pages filled with recipe after recipe and no way of knowing what is what left much to be desired!

Chock Full of Ideas
This is a very good recipe book for smoothies. You can go simple or elaborate. I would definitely recommend this book.

Good Smoothie Book
I bought this book for my daughter. She loves to make smoothies. She has made us a few of them already. I love the Coco Banana and the tropical ones. Some of them do take alot of ingredients so we did have to stop up on some stuff once we got it but the ones that we have tried we love.

Smoothies Yum!
Good ideas on introducing new ingredients. I've made a few things out of this book, and they have been very good. I love that it gives the nutritional value and serving size for each.

Overall good book
I wanted this book for workout shakes, but I ended up using it for the many other shakes it has. Good book.
