This may be an excellent book but it just wasn't what I was looking for. I was looking for a basic mexican food cookbook with ideas and variations for your standard tacos, burritos etc... This is not it. Many of the ingredients cannot be found...

I purchased this because I love the restaurant and was hoping for recipes for several dishes I've ordered there. There was a recipe for only one of them, however. If you need a good Mexican cookbook there are probably more comprehensive ones...
