The best book of its genre
This is pretty much the only book that you'll need to get a root cellar up and running.Good, solid information with good illustrations, this book is a winner.

Very Good!
We are looking forward to root cellaring our harvest of fall veggies and apples this year, so this is something we are looking very forward to using. Looks like there's a wealth of info on how to do the root cellaring and food storage using a variety of choices for the cellar/storage area....
