The Foster-Stephens website was easy to search and navigate, and offered a wide array of items useful in preserving keepsake clothing and accessories. I enjoyed shopping with this vendor and would recommend them to others without hesitation.

I was pleased with all item that I purchased with the exception of the bust form. When trying to assemble the form, it ripped. The tabs were not sturdy. The cardboard was flimsy and not strong enough to assemble.

The shopping experience was great-in regards to the description I think it would be helpful to explain that the personalization of the bag would be done not in embroidery as assumed but painted. Not sure I would again spend the price of the bag...
