A must have,
This is a must have item, if you need a flat iron. It is the only one that works well with my hair, and when I lost my first one, I had to order another one right away. I received the package two days after ordering on line. Fabulous.

better than I thought.,
Great flat iron. Works great on Black hair. I use a meduim heat setting b/c my hair is relaxed. Also is work good on new growth until you can have next touch up done. I have a short bob w/ several layers in the back so I do still use my Conair...

Very Pleased,
This flat iron heats up quickly, and I'm able to get the job done a lot faster than I previously was able to with cheaper straighteners. If you're worried about the high price, all I have to say is that it's worth every penny... at least to me.
