was great for weight loss
The DVD has helped make me lose weight. I feel more energized, feel I have much better metabolism. I hit the gym less often. The website masterlu.com has lots of info and is a great website.

the answer I have been looking for
I had always known chi is the key to health and longevity. However, the myriad of chi cultivating systems out there usually sound so complicated that I am put off by them. This program is simple, effective and easy to learn. Highly recommended!
