My Cichlids love it....they can't get enough of it. Great for my Albino cichlid that swims on the bottom of the tank.

Fish food

HBH foods are the best!
My cichlids have been so healthy and have grown really quickly since I have given this food. I'd reccomend this diet to everyone.
