"It Sucks; this many bad reviews can't be wrong"

I've been using the program for 8 months and I hate it. $3500 including hardware and it sucks. Crashes all the time, expensive support, very slow, no CRV functions for bottle/can redemtions. Try Quickbooks instead.

"Nightmare to support"

The Casio hardware bundled with MS embeded operating system has no restore partiton and no recovery CD. If the operating system crashes, you are down for weeks waiting for a replacement unit. The hardware platform ships without an internal CD drive.
