This program was my favorite. I have used it for 10 years. It pulls data from my previous year's report so I have to only update from year to year. This saves me hours of data entry. Also compares my income and deductions year to year. I used to

"Improved, but buggy"

"But What About Offshore Tech Support?"
I was a long time user of Turbo Tax and subscribed to their subscription for almost 8 years until ... I needed tech support and couldn't figure out why Turbo Tax would not allow me to use my American Express credit card to pay what I owed. Found out

Good Value
The leading questions tried well to get one the best return and the most money back. It works well on easy returns as well as more complicated ones. I was uncertain whether I needed the deluxe or premiere or basic.
PROS: It went in enough detail
CONS: I looked for educational costs for tuition for elementary school and finally found it in the State

That time of year
We've used TurboTax for seven yrs now. It just does the right job for us. The way it guides you thru, makes it so easy to use. It asks you questions to make it easy filling out blanks. Imports the year before info. We like it. Thanx TurboTax
