"Improved, but buggy"
The new TurboTax is an improvement over recent versions. (In the previous offerings, I found it cumbersome to move around without repeating multiple steps to get to the page I wanted to view.) Although I didn't use the online support, I was pleased t
PROS: Much easier to move about within the program than earlier versions. The added support is great, when you can access it.

"But What About Offshore Tech Support?"
I was a long time user of Turbo Tax and subscribed to their subscription for almost 8 years until ... I needed tech support and couldn't figure out why Turbo Tax would not allow me to use my American Express credit card to pay what I owed. Found out
PROS: It may be improved ... but

PROS: TurboTax 2007 introduces an Audit Risk Meter; integration with It'sDeductible to manage charitable contributions; Live Community support; improved interview.
CONS: TurboTax 2007 is pricier than TaxCut; transferring data from a prior return didn't work in one case; the Home & Business edition didn't make it clear we could enter personal income first; live tech support could be more extensive.
