"A huge waste of time."
I am so frustrated by this stupid and unnecessary (to me) upgrade. QB 2007, while far from perfect, was doing what I needed to do. Now I am FORCED to switch to this product if I want to continue using Payroll and I must MANUALLY import all my data,
PROS: Imports and Exports Excel files FINALLY.
CONS: Won't upgrade my 2007 file.

"Does not support vista 64"
Don't be fooled, once again Intuit cannot write software for opeating programs. This software is not supported if you have Vista 64. Try to print to email Quickbooks loops. Support is a joke - read forums before you buy. No real advantage over 20
PROS: none over premier 2006
CONS: Does not run completly with Vista 64, support wha support

PROS: Can't think of one...
CONS: Poor tech support, CS, product and management.
