I'm stuck with the SW from hell. Its been nightmare talking to techs who just cannot help me. The requirements said compatible with Vista ----- NOT!!! I've called tech support 5 times now - each time spending from 3 to 5 hours on the phone. It still

CONS: Does not work at all with Vista in Multi User mode

"Be careful. Be very careful!!! This is a mess."
I've been using QBPro 2005 and been very happy for my small business (real estate brokerage). I had to upgrade b/c Intuit will no longer provide payroll updates for '05 later this year. I spent $230 on the '08 version of QBPro and Payroll add-on.
PROS: Nice looking box
CONS: By far the most tortuous install / upgrade of a product I have EVER experienced. I'm done w/ QB forever.
