"Speed issues cleared up"
We were having some terrible issues with the speed of the POS software. It would take up to 3 minutes just to load the splash screen. With some minor config changes, we've got the remote POS's running just as fast as the local copy.

"XML interface is very slow"
Does not support e-Commerce and XML interface is very slow. Forces user to have Quickbooks 2002 open all the time. Quickbooks is for accounting, not for running your POS or your daily business.

I have used QB for many years and am accustom to the many report options. POS is very limited - they need to integrate with Exel at least. Support is too expensive.

Save your money and buy another product. Perhaps the Full version avail through Retail Pro would work for most better. The program is sluggish and is hard to manuever efficiently.
