The software can be installed on windows 2003 but it will not let you run it via RDP (remote desktop protocol) or any other remote software. To use it you need to be physically sitting on the computer in a real time session, will error out if you try

Vast Improvement, back on top
I gave the 2008 version a pretty scathing review, however, (after a couple days mind you) this version seems to reach all the promise of 2008 that was unfullfilled. I guess the biggest new feature is the ability to look at more than 2 years of data but to me the improvements are in the stability...
