Sharp Fax is okay
The first fax machine arrived with loose parts in the bottom of the box and wouldn't operate, but the overstock.com return process was fairly simple and the replacement arrived in a timely manner and works perfectly. The machine is easy to operate and the price was certainly low - it's the same...

Finally Faxing
...This fax machine was as easy to use as it was to set up...the instructions were easy to follow and I like that you get a return page if the fax does not go through,rather than wasting paper on successful faxes...I also like the size and style of this machine.

A home Run
Use only as a fax machine and handles its purpose like a champ. Has a paper tray to hold your papers instead of being out collecting dust. Double sided is not a problem with its 2 sided capabilities. Nothing to complain about on this one.

Don't be duped!
In our office we now believe that our OLD thermal fax machine was a better machine than this one. Not only are the ink cartridges extremely expensive, but no one sells discount ink online for this puppy. They do sell refill kits for it - which we tried. Don't do that unless you have time to...

This machine is a total scam. The ink cartridges are very expensive and DO NOT MAKE 500-600 copies as claimed. DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE, I am throwing mine away.
