Cheap machine for light duty use only
I bought this in September 2007 and it already needs to be replaced. The thermal ribbon doesn't last very long. The answering machine speaker distorts sound and has a poor recording capability. Sent faxes are distorted. I could keep going but there's

Not for business use
This machine was unable to use an outside answering machine(AT&T)and the built in answer machine only gives caller about 20 seconds to leave a message which is far too short for business use. It also has an odd way of deleting items.

Poor Choice for Busy Office
This machine actually has a piece of carbon paper on a roll that you have to re-roll or replace every time it runs out. It's unbelievable in this information age to have to deal with such a rinky-dink set-up. The copies aren't consistent at all....
