Brother IntelliFAX 775 Fax / copier

STAY AWAY!

This fax machine is not worth buying. It is flimsy, takes forever to send and receive faxes, and the ink ribbon lasts about 2 weeks (and thats with little use!).Do yourself a favor and buy another model or another Brother fax. The FAX 775 just isn't worth it.

Junk!

Despite very little use, this machine constantly "jams" (though no paper is actually jammed, it gives this error message), and says "check paper" when plenty of paper is present. Every error massage is accompanied by the most annoying 3 second tone possible. Calls to customer service yielded...

Good for a personal fax that might be used once or twice a week... for a small office where the machine will be used several times a day it does NOT perform well enough! Very slow and finicky fax performance. Would recommend spending a few more doll

Perfect for light use

An inexpensive fax machine.

This is an OK fax machine for self-use. Compact design, easy operation, and many additional features. No paper jammed so far. The quality is so so. If you care much about the quality, consider other high price ones. I don't use it quite often, but the ink runs out so quickly. No idea why it costs...

Overall this fax is very solid for personal use and is a welcome addition to any home office. Solid build and very easy to use. Though I've never had to use customer support, I have heard that it is top notch. The real seller for this fax is the price. Simply put for the price, it gets the job...

Disappointed buyer...

I've had this fax machine for a months and have received almost no faxes and it tells me to get a new cartridge. If you need anything other than than a draft quality printout, this machine is not what you want.
