I thought the seat I ordered was the right one for my older toilet. It was the right shape, however it was about 4 " to long. I contacted customer service about the issue. They told me that it was the only size for this particular model. |

Faucet Direct sent me an expected shipping date of January/10. I'd been told Oct. 8/09. The phone rep.offered to either cancel my already paid-for order or to keep my place in line in case the company did ship earlier & it did! |

2nd time replacing these items.I am comparing this faucet to the Moen faucets that we have in the rest of our home. I have replaced one set of O-rings in the Moen units at NO COST as compared to parts totaling $75.00 for the Delta parts!!!! |
