Blood Bound (Mercy Thompson Series, Book 2)
Mechanic Mercy Thompson has friends in low places-and in dark ones. And now she owes one of them a favor. Since she can shapeshift at will, she agrees to act as some extra muscle when her vampire friend Stefan goes to deliver a message to another of his kind. But this new vampire is hardly ordinary-and neither is the demon inside of him.

- Once again, Mercy is kicking A** and taking names..
After a strong first book, Mercy comes back full force in Blood Bound. This time instead of a rogue Werewolf, we have a rogue Vampire. Moon Called was a great intro to the Tricities underworld and brought us deep in to the world of...

- Great paranormal series!
I am a big fan of paranormal/fantasy and typically like a good bit of action and suspense as well as a little romance. The Mercy Thompson series is one of my all time favorites. I couldn't put them down and I even liked them enough to...

After reading 'Moon Called' I had to go out and get 'Blood Bound' right away. It was a great follow up to Book 1. You see more of the vampire in this book - which fed my love for the character and kept me wanting to see where everything...

- Okay follow-up to the second book; still nothing special
This is the second book in the Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs. It was about on par with the first book. It was okay but nothing special. In this book Mercy is contacted by Stefen who calls in a favor that Mercy owes him and...

- HUH?!?!
These books are very confusing to me. Patricia Briggs would not make a good teacher, she does not explain things well, at all. The story opens up in a good way, presents a new bad guy, and a reason to go mystery solving and hunting....
