The merchandise was in good shape, however the shipping is much slower then Amazon.

As I don't buy on the internet as a rule; I can't really compare this to anyone. I can just say that it was easy and quick. I hope to use them in the future.

I have used them in the past and always been happy with all my items. Surprise I haven't rec'd shipment yet, usually it is very quick.

Family Video is always at the top of list for used dvd; I'm able to shop on line now,yeah; Family Video web sight is very very user friendly.
