Lacking veggies
Where are the vegetables? She puts veggies on the shopping list but I didn't think that the meals included enough vegetables. Some meals didn't even have any. Seems like a no brainer that vegetables are a great food to help loose weight.

Great book
I really like this book. I highly recommend it! If you are sick of your tummy, this is motivating. This will make you want to buy all of Denise's DVD's, but that's good.

it works
This book works. I'm significantly overweight and tend to quit fitness routines, which I did with this book too. One of the good things about this program is that you don't have to start at the beginning again. You can pick it up for a couple of weeks, and you do see and feel a difference....

not her best
I bought this hoping for some new innovative ideas on my problem area....my tummy. I felt the book was 'just like any other diet book'. She more or less told me things I've already heard in other books.
