A little too basic

As far as an introductory fitness book would go, this book is very good. But if you're looking to get in depth with yoga, pilates, weight training, stretching, walking, etc. this book is not for you.

Mixes anti-male mesage with workouts

Suzanne Schlosberg and Liz Neporent have got to be femi-nazis. I don't normally expect to find insluting male-bashing messages in exercise books but this one had them. Consider the following from the first edition "Praise for Dummies"...
