Amost Fit and Fabulous
I bought Fit and Fabulous a few weeks ago. It is a great book with lots of inspiration. I do find it a little hard to try to learn the exercises while reading the procedures and turning the pages. I do believe I am going to get the dvd's. But at least I got the 30% coupon from buying the book....

The book is great, but ONLY with the DVDs.
I give the workout FIVE stars, but can only give the book FOUR because in my opinion, it is nearly impossible to learn the workout from the book alone, I absolutely required the DVDs. I bought this book months ago, and had a very difficult time using it, even with the clips from T Tapp's website....
