What a work out!
I love how these things work. Gives me a great work out. The only thing that I would improve upon is the fact that you have to guess, by trying them out, which band or tube is what resistance. No way to know otherwise. Good product. Poor...

still trying to figure out
I am still so confused as to how to use these! The directions are lacking in explanation and pictures of how to configure! They also don't tell you which tube is which so I am not sure which one to begin with!
